ADA and Environmental Issues, Suitability for Intended Use
CIP makes no representations as to compliance with ADA and other governmental rules and regulations nor the environmental condition of any property, including but not limited to asbestos, lead, underground storage containers, soil condition or wetland restrictions. Purchaser should make own investigations with the appropriate agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure a property will meet the intended needs of the investment goals.
By accepting this information, the recipient agrees not to reproduce or use in whole or in part the information contained herein, or any other information which may subsequently be provided, and to keep permanently confidential all such that is not already public. Prospective purchasers and /or their agents agree not to make any contacts with any employees of the owner(s) without prior permission by the owner(s) through their agent CIP.
