CIP, a licensed Montana brokerage, represented the Seller in the sale. Michelle Kennedy, Principal/Designated Broker, and the CIP Team worked closely with the Seller and Buyer, as well as the parties’ other professionals, to negotiate a mutually acceptable sale. The final sale price is confidential.

About Sportsman’s Lodge

Sportsman’s Lodge is an 18-key, midscale, full-service hotel in Ennis, Montana. This diverse property includes a restaurant, sports bar, and on-site casino. The Sportsman’s Restaurant has a casual atmosphere and a family-friendly menu and is open for lunch and dinner. The casino has 18 gaming machines, while the sports bar offers a wide selection of beer, wines, and cocktails and features multiple HD TVs for sporting events. Meeting/Event space for ~50 people is located downstairs in the main lodge. The hotel has ~264 feet of Highway 287 frontage, excellent visibility, and access.
