Referral brokers or prospective purchasers may not contact owners directly. All arrangements for an inspection of the property must be made through CIP. No Exceptions.
Confidentiality
All provided information is to be treated as non-public confidential business information and is to be held in strict confidence by all prospective purchasers and /or their agents. In no event will prospective purchaser and/or their agents use or reproduce for distribution any information provided by CIP for any purposes other than analysis and evaluation of the proposed sale.
Agency Disclosure
CIP may be in a fiduciary relationship with the Seller and generally shall be compensated per a separate agreement with the Seller. Agency disclosures and information as required by individual State regulations have been provided to the Purchaser under separate cover, and full disclosure has been made in the case of possible Disclosed Limited Agency situations. Acceptance of property information constitutes acknowledgment of receipt of required Agency information.
ADA and Environmental Issues, Suitability for Intended Use
CIP makes no representations as to compliance with ADA and other governmental rules and regulations nor the environmental condition of any property, including but not limited to asbestos, lead, underground storage containers, soil condition, or wetland restrictions.
