
HBI Announces Their New Board of Directors
Hotel Brokers International, the real estate industry’s oldest, most experienced network of hotel broker specialists, announced the installation of their 2022-23 Board of Directors. The HBI Board, comprised of seven officers/directors, was elected by the general membership during the organization’s 63rd Annual Meeting held in late February.
The 2022-23 HBI Board of Directors, who began their Board term on March 14, consists of the following members:
- Edward P. Walsh, CHB – Alpine Realty Capital, LLC, Ann Arbor, Michigan
- Dan Emert – Prime Investment Properties, LLC, Steamboat Springs, Colorado
- Ford C. Barton – Lodging Partners, LLC, Charlotte, North Carolina
- Errol A. D’Souza – Laurel Real Estate Company, Galena, Ohio
- Joseph P. Kennedy – Crystal Investment Property, LLC, Vancouver, Washington
- Steele Blue – Scoggin Blue LLC, Las Cruces, New Mexico
- Michelle Kennedy – Crystal Investment Property, LLC, Vancouver, Washington
The Board of Directors’ primary objectives for 2022 are expanding the organization’s Affiliate Membership Program and the marketing initiatives provided to HBI industry partners, enhancing the digital marketing tools available exclusively to HBI brokers, building upon the association’s reputation and market share through the promotion of the value of professional investment advisory services in the hospitality industry.
