Dreamcatcher Tipi Hotel offers visitors the upscale resort amenities of a hotel and the adventure of camping. The property features 4 owned acres within walking distance to the Yellowstone River and just a short drive from the only year-round entrance to Yellowstone National Park. There are currently 14 tipis with room to expand in the future. The 22′ tipis are wood and canvas built on concrete foundations, and each one sleeps 2-4 guests comfortably. Every tipi offers guests full electrical, including outlets and lighting, as well as heaters for comfort. A new bathhouse offers 7 private bathrooms, steaming hot rain showers, warm-to-touch heated floors, and high-end fixtures. Guest amenities include high-end furnishings, luxury bedding, bath products, and towels, as well as complimentary coffee. Facilities include a lobby/store tent, breakfast tent, storage sheds, mechanical room, fire-pit, barbeques, and ample parking. The property includes fenced in RV hookups. 2 on-site RVs (1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom each) for employee housing or office. Potential to expand subject to Buyer’s independent investigations.
